HOW TO STAY WITH HEALTHY HAIR ALWAYS

Protect the head from sun-shine, when you go outside. Else, the hair gets dried and loses its natural glow.

When the head is covered with dust and like, it is prone to many skin diseases and dandruff. Insufficient

blood circulation results in hair-fall. Before bathing everyday, hair conditioning is essential. The mixture

of egg-soup and curd in appropriate proportions makes a good conditioner. Secondly, tea-decoction also

acts as hair conditioner. Pour it on the head after your bath, and wash it off after 10 minutes.  

A cheap and good conditioner it is.

 

Keep the hair always free and loose, than to be tight and sticky. Thus, you can stay away from skin diseases

and insufficient blood circulation and thereby from fall of hair. By night time, sleep well with loose hair.

 

Massaging the head with oil once in a week is essential. Likewise, bathing with warm water and covering the 

head with a cloth soaked in warm water for half-an-hour are equally good for free and sufficient blood circulation.

Frequent using of shampoos would harm the normal health, because they are made up of some harmful chemicals.

Stop using shampoos too often and stay away and free from skin diseases and hair-fall. Cold water bathing

is always good. Hot water bathing results in hair-fall and splitting of hair at its ends.

 

Remember taking vitamins, iron, proteins, vegetables, fresh-fruits, consumable seeds, non-vegetarian food,

and eggs help the hair grow healthy, and free from any vulnerable skin diseases.
